This family-friendly event features a live animal petting stable, a manger scene photo booth, carolers, hot chocolate and more — all for FREE thanks to event organizers at the Coeur d’Alene Downtown Association, First Presbyterian and Trinity Lutheran. Santa Visits
The fun continues Saturday afternoon when Santa arrives in the Lake City in style riding a vintage fire truck decked out with thousands of lights. Whisper what’s on your Christmas list in his ear or capture this year’s holiday card on camera. Santa will be snapping selfies and visiting with children from 4-6 pm at the corner of Second Street and Sherman Avenue. If you want to stay off the naughty list, the Coeur d’Alene Fire Department is collecting canned food donations onsite.
