The Mill House
Mill House is completely remodeled and centrally located only 1.7 miles to Downtown Coeur D’Alene and ½ mile to Kootenai Hospital. The home is close to the Lake Coeur D’Alene, grocery stores, restaurants, coffee shops and more.
Featuring 4 bedrooms with sleeping for 8-10 (+ an extra sofa bed in the living room) the house features a beautiful kitchen, stainless steel appliances, washer/dryer, a children’s play area, and a large back yard. This is the perfect retreat for one or two families vacationing or just exploring northern Idaho!
Clean and Well Appointed
We thoroughly clean and disinfect the home between stays for the safety of our guests. We supply shampoo, soap, basic toiletries, and Keurig coffee and tea.
Working from home? Mill House has high-speed Wifi with up to 200 Mbs download speeds. There are two Roku televisions in the home with complimentary Hulu access. (You can log into private streaming accounts as well, or connect a laptop).
Perfect for Families
Traveling with small children is never easy, and most families prefer the space, convenience, and “hominess” of a vacation rental over the tight quarters of a hotel.
This multi-level home offers a children’s area in on the base level with bunk beds, a bathroom with tub, and a children’s den with games and a flat screen television. The big, fenced and gated backyard is also well suited for families with children. The three split levels of the home allow ample privacy while maintaining easy accessibility and communication to each level. This is a great place for adults and children.
Mill House also comes with a high chair and pack ‘n play.
