This unforgettable holiday lake cruise takes you across the sparkling waters to view more than 1.5 million twinkling holiday lights and visit Santa Claus and his elves at his waterfront toy workshop, where he magically speaks to each child by name!

 BOARDING INFORMATION:
Boarding takes place at The Resort Plaza Shops (115 S 2nd Street) 30 minutes prior to departure.

 COVID-19 PRECAUTIONS:
With the health and safety of our Guests and Team Members in mind, we have implemented the following safety precautions for our cruises:
-Reduced Capacities Onboard Boat
-Optional Masks will be provided for guests and cruise team members (masks are not required)
-Temperature Checks Upon Boarding
-Hand Sanitizer available throughout boat
-All equipment and tables are thoroughly sanitized between cruises
-Plexiglass Dividers at the Bar
-Social Distancing (encouraged via signage)

 ADA ACCESSIBILITY
-All cruise entrance doors & bathroom doors have been widened per ADA standards
-All Tables are wheelchair accessible
-Ramp down to the boardwalk to allow for wheelchair use
-Lighted ramps to board the boat (rather than steps up to the boat)
*Note: All guests will board at The Resort Plaza Shops at The North Pole Ticket Lounge. Guests with disabilities can access The Plaza Shops building from the northeast entrance, which offers a ramp into the building rather than stairs.  SAFETY PRECAUTIONS:
-The Lake Coeur d’Alene Cruises Team keeps snow shoveled to the best of our ability, but we also recommend wearing appropriate shoes.
-We apply salt and sand frequently to the walkway between the Plaza Shops and the Cruise Boats.
-The Boardwalk ramp down to the cruise boats has railings for use. The ramp is also made of a grated metal which provides traction for safety.
