Kick off the evening’s festivities with a dazzling array of Mardi Gras-inspired cocktails, from Southern classics to innovative twists that capture the essence of Bourbon Street. Sip and mingle amongst elaborate decor while enjoying live jazz music that transports you straight to the heart of the French Quarter.
After a lively social hour, Guests are invited to sit back and relax as they indulge in a sumptuous six-course dinner meticulously crafted by the culinary genius himself, Chef John Folse. Each course pays homage to the rich Creole and Cajun traditions of New Orleans, infused with Chef Folse’s modern flair and creativity.
