MORE ABOUT THE SOUND BATH CLASS:Immerse yourself in a deeply rejuvenating and transformative journey through the enchanting world of sound. Our “Sonic Serenity Sound Bath Experience” will be led by Align Yoga Studio Owner Amy Gates. In this 60-minute session, you will be surrounded by an array of meticulously crafted sounds that range from soothing crystal bowls, resonant gongs, gentle chimes, and ethereal vocal tones. Led by our experienced sound healer, Amy, this class offers a multi-sensory experience that engages your auditory senses, encouraging relaxation and stress relief.
Following the class will be a ‘Mimosa Social’ in which Guests will enjoy a Build-Your-Own-Mimosa Bar along with light bites such as fruit, pastries, and coffee.
