PICK HUCKLEBERRIES at Lookout Pass Ski Area

Come ride our Scenic Peak 1 Quad Chairlift to the mountains summit and enjoy a day of picking huckleberries while enjoying the cooler temperatures here in the mountains and the scenic beauty of the area.
Huckleberry plants can be found just 200 yards off the summit lift.
Pick Huckleberries by hand (NO RAKES or COMMERCIAL PICKERS ALLOWED).
Then Hike out and around or down the mountain or ride the Scenic Chairlift back down to the base.
Lift Runs 10 am to 3:30 pm on Fridays, Saturdays & Sundays.
Huckleberries are best picked here starting the last weekend in July thru the first weekend in September.Â
We even offer a delicious $10 Lunch special in our lodge deli.
Or you can get a $18 Cinch Sack Lunch and take it up the mountain with you.
Or come pick huckleberries in the morning and enjoy a ride down the Hiawatha Scenic Bike Trail in the afternoon. Just be sure to be out at the trail with bikes in hand by 2 pm. so you make the shuttle without feeling rushed. Learn more about the Hiawatha here: www.RideTheHiawatha.comÂ
