Spring Dash

Spring Dash is an annual fundraiser for United Way of North Idaho and has been a staple of the regional running scene since 1982. All courses are out and back on paved surfaces with the start and finish at the McEuen Park’s Avista Pavilion. These courses take in the scenic beauty of Lake Coeur d’Alene….one of the true gems of North Idaho! The 5K, 10K and half marathon courses are USATF certified. The 10K and half marathon courses take in long sections of the famous North Idaho Centennial Trail which is a wide and well maintained paved path.
